The family of Susan Prim's lawsuit against Capital Improvement Board, the city of Indianapolis, Pacers Basketball, LLC, Conseco Fieldhouse, World Wrestling Entertainment, Inc. and pyrotechnic and entertainment companies will be allowed to move forward after the Indiana Court of Appeals ruled that the defendant's list stands.

The family is suing due to a fatal asthma attack she suffered at the 2008 WWE SummerSlam event that was held in Indianapolis, claiming that the attack was caused by pyro used at the event.
