WWE reveals details about a new pay-per-view

Montreal's Bell Centre has posted details regarding the WWE Breaking Point pay-per-view, which it will host on September 13. The statement posted by the arena notes that it will be "a night where every match is a submission match." [Thanks to Devin Cutting of ProwrestlingEvents.tk.]

Powell's POV: WWE previously indicated that only top four matches on the show would carry the submission stipulation, but obviously that has changed since the arena is simply posting information sent to them by WWE.
