Representative Betty McCollumn's website states that The Department of Defense is spending more than $80 million this year to sponsor NASCAR racing teams, Indy racing, professional bass fishing, pro wrestling, and ultimate fighting. Powell's POV: The amendment passed the House Appropriations Committee on Thursday. It must pass a full vote in the House of Representatives, and the U.S. Senate. If the bill passes, does that mean Finlay can have his WWE job back? Thanks to Dot Net reader Jason Packman for passing along the story.
