WWE Tough Enough rating: Did the double elimination and John Morrison teases draw a quality rating?

Monday's WWE Tough Enough scored a 1.64 rating, which is down from the 1.73 rating the show drew last week. It was the second lowest rating in the show's six-week run.

Powell's POV: That's a disappointing number considering that advertising teased a double elimination. There is a connection with the Raw rating dropping, as the two shows that ran before the special event programming of the WWE Draft and The Rock's birthday part on Raw both drew 1.73 ratings, while the regular Raw that aired prior to those themed shows drew a series low 1.54 rating.
