"WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2011" video game roster release party live notes, Dot Net reader takes part in the video game tournament

Dot Net reader Christopher Post attended the "WWE Smackdown vs. Raw 2011" roster reveal party on Thursday and passed along the following notes.

Doors opened about 30 minutes late, but once you were in there were six Playstation 3's up and ready with the demo inside it. They hosted an "Outthink the Fink" trivia game where the winner received a plastic Rey Mysterio mask and a Royal Rumble book.

There was a SVR2011 tourney that included a prize of a replica belt, a Miz t-shirt, Money in the Bank DVD, back to school items, and many more. It was all for first place winner....I placed second.

The drinks, admission, food, and even meet and greet sessions with Howard Finkel, The Miz, and Eve were free so i thought that was a pretty cool thing. Almost everyone went home with a t-shirt. It was a really cool event and roughly 100 people showed. Both Miz and Eve were very cool people. The Money in the Bank briefcase was on display. You can see the paint chips and dents from everyone he has hit with the briefcase. All in all good event too attend.
