WWE Smackdown rating: The Friday night show bounces back from last week's poor rating

Friday's WWE Smackdown television show scored a 1.8 rating, which his up from the 1.64 rating the show drew the previous week. Friday's show averaged 2.77 million viewers.

Powell's POV: The previous week's rating was the lowest the show has done in its short run on Syfy, and Friday's show drew the second best rating during its run on the network. It will be interesting to see whether the ratings scare last week will finally be enough to convince WWE officials to do a better job of promoting the Friday night brand during the Raw television show.
