WWE Smackdown rating: Friday's rating drops significantly

Friday's WWE Smackdown drew a 1.7 rating, down from the 1.9 rating the week before. The show averaged 2.53 million viewers.

Powell's POV: WWE didn't help their own cause by failing to promote anything for the show during Raw. We'll see if the announcement of Sheamus vs. Randy Orton for this week's show leads to a better number.
