WWE Smackdown will air for the first time on MyNetwork TV on Oct. 3, according to TV Week. The article also notes that a one-hour WrestleMania special featuring highlights of the fight between Big Show and Floyd Mayweather, plus appearances by Snoop Dogg and John Legend will be featured. Powell’s POV: In case you're wondering, WWE has a pay-per-view scheduled that weekend, so they could miss out on a chance to offer final hype for the Unforgiven show if viewers fail to make the switch. WWE has always done a good job advertising their network switches, so that probably won't be an issue.
