Monday's WWE Raw drew a 3.9 rating, which is down from the 4.5 rating the commercial-free edition of the show drew last week. The first hour drew a 3.69 rating with 5,682,000 viewers, while the second hour scored a 4.05 rating with 6,241,000 viewers.
Powell's POV: No Donald Trump, no three-hour specials, no commercial-free gimmicks. They probably could have drawn a better rating had they announced last week that they would have details on a blockbuster trade between the brands, but they still have to be happy with a rating just below the 4.0 mark.
