WWE Raw rating: How did the "Power to the People" format perform in the ratings?

Monday's WWE Raw scored a 3.08 rating, which is up from the 3.05 rating the show drew last week. The traditional two hours of Raw scored roughly a 3.26 rating, which is equal to the 3.26 rating that last week's show drew in the same period.

Powell's POV: There wasn't much change in the numbers compared to last week's three-hour show. I am curious to see if there is any change in the traditional two hours once WWE gets through the theme shows following Raw Roulette on Monday.
