WWE Raw rating: How did Monday's Raw perform compared to The Rock's birthday party and the WWE Draft?

Monday's WWE Raw drew a 3.18 rating, which is down from the 3.45 rating the show drew last week for The Rock's birthday party.

Powell's POV: WWE had special event programming with the draft edition of Raw two weeks ago, and Rock's party last week. They didn't do anything during those shows to give viewers incentive to tune in for last night's show. However, the rating is above the 3.13 mark that the show drew n April 25 - the last time there was not special event programming.
