WWE Raw rating: Did the show bounce back from the Memorial Day rating?

Monday's WWE Raw scored a 3.21 rating, which is up from the 3.1 rating the show drew last week.

Powell's POV: WWE didn't advertise Steve Austin or Vince McMahon for Monday's show. While I enjoy a good surprise, I don't think WWE helped their cause in the ratings by only promoting Austin on the arena website, and on their own website leading up to the show.
