WWE Raw rating: Did WWE deliver a good number on New Year's Eve?

Monday's WWE Raw television show drew a 2.31 rating, up from the 2.21 rating the show drew on Christmas Eve. Raw averaged 3.55 million viewers.

Powell's POV: The rating was down compared to non-holiday editions. For instance, Raw averaged a 2.7 rating in the four weeks that led up to the holiday shows. Oddly enough, the third hour did not perform as poorly as usual. The first hour scored a show-low 3.397 million viewers, hour two led the night with a 3.644 million viewers, and the third hour produced 3.614 million viewers.
