WWE Raw rating: A new low for 2012

Monday's WWE Raw drew a 2.54 rating, down from the 2.72 rating the show drew last week. Raw averaged 3.502 million viewers compared to the 3.79 million average from last Monday.

Powell's POV: WWE went head to head with a big NFL game that featured teams from two major markets in Dallas and Chicago. Obviously, this rating is lousy due as it replaces last week's show as the lowest rated of 2012. It will be interesting to see whether the show bounces back when they go up against another big market game featuring the Houston Texans and New York Jets next week. By the way, it was a good week for John Cena to have the night off, as he could get a lot of credit if the rating bounces back with him expected to appear next week.
