Dot Net reader Mark Gessner attended the WWE Raw show in Hershey, Pa. on Monday and filed the following report.
During the first commercial break, Kofi Kingston cut a promo about his Survivor Series win and cut to tape of him beating C.M. Punk and Randy Orton.
After Chris Jericho left the stage following his promo, Triple H picked up the mic and asked: "Did he really just say he's the best in the world? Damn, I thought our jokes were bad." Shawn Michaels followed up with "if your not down with that, we got two words for ya'"
Following John Cena being put through the table in the final televised segment, Legacy came to the ring and beat down on Cena. DX ran down to make the save. Cody Rhodes and Ted DiBiase bailed, leaving Orton on his own. Orton begged Cena to team up with him and take out DX. Cena gave Orton the "You Can't See Me" had gesture and Orton turned around and walked into Sweet Chin Music. HHH hit him with the Pedigree, and Cena followed up with the Attitude Adjustment. Cena and DX shook hands with some fans and headed to the back. Fun Show.
Notes: Cena was by far the most over of the night. Being from Philly, this was the first WWE event of been to that wasn't in Philly, Trenton, or Hammerstein Ballroom. This was the first time I've ever seen Cena be cheered by about 90 percent of the audience in person. They cheered for every face and booed every heel, which I had also never experienced. A fun show and a good night.
