WWE Raw and Tough Enough Ratings: Did the show not being live hurt the Raw ratings? Did Tough Enough rebound from its sophomore slump?

WWE Raw scored a 3.13 rating last night, the lowest since Valentine's Day. And while the tape delay may have been a factor, Raw was third behind the NBA Playoffs on TNT, leading only the teen demographic.

Tough Enough also continued its fall in the ratings, scoring a 1.54, down from a 1.81, and finishing in 18th place.

Shore's Slant: The Raw ratings are no big surprise considering the Draft was announced before the show, and it was taped, and it was up against the NBA playoffs. But the Tough Enough ratings are a bummer. The show is very well done, and I can't believe people that see it are leaving.
