WWE Raw Rating: Final numbers for the February 17 episode

Monday's WWE Raw scored a 3.08 rating, down from the 3.14 rating the show drew the previous week. As previously noted, Raw averaged 4.364 million viewers, up from the 4.329 million average from last week.

Shore's Slant: Those aren't the worst numbers ever, but Raw did decline by over a half million viewers from hour one to hour three, and the rating itself is down for the fourth week in a row. That's not a great way to enter a PPV. It's also hard to believe that on January 22 the first hour of the show averaged over five million viewers.
