WWE Raw Notes: Smaller set used, surprise appearance by a former WWE personality

Dot Net reader Agahzi is at the WWE Raw show in New York City and passed along the following pre-show notes.

There's no big Titantron, no ramp. There's only a small PPV-like entrance. Lilian Garcia came out to a huge pop to sing the national anthem.
