Powell's POV: WWE Raw 1000 was the most watched show on cable and the third most watched show on all of television on Monday. The show drew an average of 6.04 million viewers for the full three-hour program. It's worth noting that The Rock's return drew the second best quarter-hour rating within the three-hour show and only the overrun did a better number. The quarter-hour rating for Punk vs. Cena doesn't look good upon first glance, but the fact that there were two commercial breaks in that quarter is significant, plus the match continued into the highly rated overrun.
