WWE News: Wrestler arrested and charged with DUI for the second time

Powell's POV: Fatu was arrested and charged with DUI on September 29, 2011. There hasn't been any noticeable punishment from WWE for first time DUI arrests. However, the second arrest on the same charge in the same county and coming on the heels of Jack Swagger's DUI arrest could be a different story.
