WWE released a "Key Performance Indicator" report on their corporate site that compared quarter by quarter numbers for 2010-2012. Of note for Q1 (the only data available for 2012), average domestic attendance is down ever so slightly, from 6400 in 2011 to 6200, with four fewer events. International average attendance was way down, from 8400 to 3400, with two more events, though the events in 2012 were in different places than in 2011.

PPV buys in Q1 were also flat, dropping just 5000 overall from 2011 to 2012. Both numbers were way down from the 2010 numbers, but WrestleMania occurred in Q1 of 2010, and Q1 merchandise sales were down 17,000 sales from 2011.
