Powell's POV: Ticketmaster lists the pre-sale as beginning on Thursday at 10:00 a.m. CT. The pre-sale ends Friday night at 11:45 CT. The general public sale will begin on Saturday at 10:00 a.m. CT. The event will be held on April 5 at the New Orleans Arena in New Orleans, Louisiana.
