WWE News: The World Hvt. Championship match for SummerSlam (Smackdown spoiler)

The following contains a spoiler for Friday's WWE Smackdown television show.

Rey Mysterio is scheduled to challenge Kane for the World Hvt. Championship at the SummerSlam pay-per-view. Mysterio defeated Jack Swagger in a best of three falls match at Tuesday's Smackdown taping to become No. 1 contender.

Powell's POV: Most of us expected Undertaker to challenge his storyline brother Kane at the pay-per-view. Taker was advertised for the show in the SummerSlam commercial that aired during the Money in the Bank pay-per-view. It was a new commercial, as Triple H was not mentioned. I suppose they could still get to Taker vs. Kane, but for now the match appears to be Kane vs. Mysterio.
