WWE star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson was asked by AP writer Dan Gelston about the possibility of facing Brock Lesnar at WrestleMania 29. "I'm not saying a thing," Rock said with a grin and a raised eyebrow. "I didn't say anything." Powell's POV: The story also states that Rock is committed to appearing at WrestleMania 29, though his role has not been defined. It also features quotes from John Cena and Chris Jericho regarding WrestleMania 28. When it comes to acting, Rock also noted that he would prefer to move away from playing the invincible hero role in movies at some point for more of a dramatic performance.

As for WrestleMania 29, there's no guarantee that Lesnar is onboard just yet, as he is still under contract to UFC. That said, Lesnar has indicated many times, including in an interview I conducted with him, that he's open to returning to WWE, just not as a full-time wrestler. One can only assume that Rock vs. Brock would be enticing and lucrative, though one problem with the match is that it features two part-time wrestlers, whereas one or both could be used to help elevate younger full-time stars.
