WWE News: The Rock shooting his next movie

WWE star Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson noted on Twitter that he is on the set of his latest movie Snitch. "On set," Rock wrote. "Snitch. Barreling down highway in my 18-wheeler, jackknifed and on fire. Bad guys chasin..." Follow him on Twitter at Twitter.com/TheRock.

Powell's POV: The description of the film notes that a father goes undercover fro the DEA in order to free his son who was imprisoned after being set up in a drug deal. Rock is the lead actor, and the cast includes Susan Sarandon, Joe Bernthal, Barry Pepper, and Benjamin Bratt.

I caught a trailer for Rock in the G.I. Joe sequel. The first one was a disappointment, but it looks like they beefed up the star power for that film by adding Rock and Bruce Willis in the cast. Plus, the awesome Walton Goggins (The Shield, Justified) is part of the cast, though I'm not sure how big his role is.
