WWE News: The Rock makes a huge Royal Rumble announcement

The Rock appeared on WWE Raw 1000 and announced that he will challenge for the WWE Championship at the Royal Rumble pay-per-view. The show takes place on January 27 in Phoenix, Arizona.

Powell's POV: That eliminates the widely speculated finish of Rock winning the Royal Rumble match. I assume Rock will face someone other than John Cena at the Rumble and, thus, it will be very interesting to see whether it's C.M. Punk, Randy Orton, Brock Lesnar, or someone else on the roster.
