WWE News: The McMahon family comment on Jim Ross leaving WWE

Vince McMahon, Stephanie McMahon, and Triple H issued statements on their Twitter pages regarding the departure of Jim Ross from WWE.

-"Thank you (Jim Ross) for 20 years of service with (WWE)." - Vince McMahon

-"Thank you for everything (Jim Ross). I've learned so much from you. You will always be the voice of the WWE." - Stephanie McMahon

-Can't thank you enough (Jim Ross) for all you've done for me personally and for (WWE). Enjoy your time, you've earned it." - Triple H

Powell's POV: Vince pushes the guy out the door and then tries to put a happy face on it. Ross has taken the high road by playing along publicly thus far. Vince has his side of the story, of course, but at this point it appears that Ross is being punished for Ric Flair's behavior at the WWE video game symposium. Let's face it, if Flair had been up there with Michael Cole, Josh Mathews, or any other WWE announcer the end result would have been the same.
