Monday's WWE Raw 20th Anniversary television show delivered a 3.24 rating, up from the 3.14 rating the show drew last week. Raw averaged 4.55 million viewers compared to the 4.42 million average on January 7.

Powell's POV: The Rock and the 20th Anniversary special combined with the lack of pro or college football had WWE officials hoping for a big rating. The question now is whether the extra viewers who have tuned in the last two weeks came away satisfied enough to return for the Royal Rumble go-home show next week. One of the mistakes WWE made on Monday was not doing anything to hype that show. In fact, they didn't even go so far as to promote that The Rock would be back next week. Overall, though, they have to be pleased with where the ratings and viewership are at so far in 2013.
