WWE News: Sin Cara knee injury update

WWE is reporting that Sin Cara suffered a ruptured patellar tendon and will require surgery. The estimated recovery time is six to nine months.

Powell's POV: Sin Cara landed awkwardly when he tried to leap over the ring and onto Hunico on the floor. He didn't land with much weight on his leg, so I wonder if he suffered the injury while running or jumping to go for the move rather than when he hit the floor. Either way, it looks like he's going to be out for a substantial amount of time.
