Dot Net reader Jeff Ahern attended Monday's WWE Raw show in San Diego, Calif. and sent the following notes regarding Rey Mysterio.

During the commercial break in the title match, Alberto Del Rio was on the floor/ramp taunting fans, basically getting everyone's attention. In the ring, Rey was limping around, clearly having aggravated his knee injury. He was moving around trying to see if he could continue on his knee, and there was a ringside producer conversing with him about his ability to continue. To his credit, Rey pretty well hid his limping when the match continued.

After the show went off the air, while John Cena and C.M. Punk were doing their schtick with Del Rio and Ricardo Rodriguez, Rey was still getting medical attention at ringside. Part of the reason their antics went on for so long was to distract the crowd from Rey's ongoing medical attention, which went on for at least five minutes after the show went off the air.

Finally, the referee and the trainer were able to help carry Rey out of the arena (Rey was trying to keep any weight off his injured knee). Cena and Punk continued to do their antics in the ring to keep the crowd distracted until they finally got Rey out of the arena.
