WWE has issued a press release about the movie tentatively titled "Killing Karma" that will include Triple H as a cast member. Hunter will play a inmate who has been behind bars for 13 years after being convicted of killing his abusive stepfather.

"Now released, A.J. (Hunter's character) wants to start a small business and live a crime-free life," reads the press release. "Unfortunately, within hours of leaving prison, his oldest and best friend Jack (played by Michael Rapaport) involved A.J. in an accidental shooting in which a man is killed." Powell's POV: WWE star Batista was originally slated to appear as the A.J. character that Hunter is now playing. We broke the news weeks ago in the Dot Net Weekly audio show that Batista was telling friends that he wants to focus on an acting career and might not be long for WWE. He seems to talk retirement every year around the time his contract is coming up, so there's no guarantee he's serious about doing so. However, he has been sending out feelers in hopes of landing acting gigs outside WWE.
