WWE News: Live edition of Smackdown to air on a different network next week

USA Network is advertising a live edition of WWE Smackdown for December 21. The show will air from 8:00 to 10:00 p.m. CT on USA Network. You can view the schedule at USANetwork.com.

Powell's POV: The show is still on the Syfy schedule for Friday, so it looks like they will replay the show in the usual time slot on Christmas Eve. It remains to be seen when WWE will air the NXT show given that it would normally in the time slot that will run opposite the second hour of the live Smackdown. Obviously, WWE has some flexibility there since the show airs on their own website.
