While Linda ranked first in self-funders, Blumenthal ranked No. 11 of this year's congressional candidates. Meg Whitman spent $160 million on her campaign for govenror in California, but she scored 3.1 million votes, so she spent less per voter than Linda did. An interesting story with somewhat surprising results for the big spending candidates.
