WWE News: John Cena on his MRI results

WWE star John Cena told Twitter followers that he underwent an MRI on his left knee on Tuesday. "MRI was typical good news bad news scenario," Cena wrote. Powell's POV: Cena is scheduled to appear at the Smackdown taping in Grand Rapids, Michigan tonight and previously indicated that he would be in the ring. I assumed they did an injury angle to give Cena an injury heading into his program with Dolph Ziggler. After all, the company failed to make Ziggler seem like a real threat to someone of Cena's standing. If Cena's injury is legit, then it doesn't seem like it will be an issue in short term as far as his in-ring status is concerned, but it seems as though Cena has some long term knee issues.
