WWE News: Jerry Lawler makes his first WWE appearance since his heart attack

WWE Hall of Famer Jerry Lawler appeared at the WWE Smackdown taping on Tuesday in Memphis, Tennessee. Dot Net reader Geoffrey Craft reports: "Jerry Lawler came out and addresses the crowd. He basically said he hopes to be back within the next few weeks."

Powell's POV: Lawler appeared between the television show tapings. It remains to be seen whether the company will air the footage on television or online, but it was not recorded as part of Smackdown. Obviously, Lawler made the appearance because the show was held in his hometown.
