WWE News: Jack Swagger in court today for DUI charge

WWE star Jack Swagger (a/k/a Jake Hager) is scheduled to appear in a Gulfport, Mississippi court to stand trial stemming from his February 19 arrest. The Sunherald.com reports that he faces a fine of $250 to $1,000, two days in jail or both, and orders to complete and alcohol-safety education course and attend a victim impact class. He could also lose his driver's license for a year or 90 days if he completes the educational class.

Powell's POV: Swagger is facing misdemeanor charges of speeding, DUI, and possession of marijuana. The prosecutor in the case is known for asking for the maximum sentence of two days in jail along with the completion of the victim impact class. However, it would be surprising if Swagger actually serves time in jail.
