Powell's POV: Hogan appeared on Arsenio Hall's previous talk show in 1992 and claimed that he only used steroids in 1983 while recovering from an injury. He eventually changed his tune. He appeared on Hall's show a couple times afterward, so it's not like his controversial appearance should be an issue on Friday.
