WWE News: Huge Championship match set for Raw 1000

WWE star John Cena announced on Monday's Raw that he intends to cash in his Money in the Bank contract at Raw 1000. Thus, Cena will challenge C.M. Punk for the WWE Championship on Monday's Raw.

Powell's POV: Let the debate continue as to whether WWE is going back to Punk vs. Cena prematurely. They've been foreshadowing the matchup over the last couple of weeks by having Punk tell Cena that he would lead their tag team, and by having Eve and Big Show needle Punk about being overshadowed. I expect a non-finish next week that sets up the need for a rematch at SummerSlam. I could also see them going with Punk vs. Cena vs. Show in a Triple Threat at SummerSlam so that they can save the Punk vs. Cena pay-per-view singles match for a later date.
