CBS-13 television reporter Laura Cole reports that the fan who was struck by C.M. Punk during Monday's Raw television show, Charles Schmidt, told the sheriff's department on Monday that he didn't want to press charges. However, Schmidt told CBS-13 on Tuesday that he is considering hiring an attorney to purse a possible lawsuit. Schmidt claims he did not make contact with Punk. Powell's POV: Schmidt will have a strong case, as new videos seem to show that he did not actually strike Punk. Rather, the other fans around him seem to be responsible for taking shots at the WWE Champion, who retaliated while assuming it was Schmidt who had made contract with him.
