Dish Network will not carry WrestleMania 30. The satellite company issues the following statement to AugustaFreePress.com. "Please note that WWE is not willing to adjust PPV costs to satellite/cable companies, which is unfair to their customers. DISH needs to re-focus efforts to support partners that better serve DISH customers and other satellite/cable companies, including DirecTV, have also expressed they may no longer provide WWE PPV events in the future."
Powell's POV: Dish Network did not carry Elimination Chamber last month. DirecTV and Comcast/Xfinity are both advertising WrestleMania on their websites. However, the carriers are all on a month by month basis, so while they may carry WrestleMania 30, there's no guarantee they will carry every WWE pay-per-view event. It will be very interesting to see whether WWE gets the word out to Dish Network subscribers on television over the next two weeks. Obviously, this could push WWE Network subscriptions.
