WWE News: Chris Jericho takes a jab at Michael Cole while praising Jim Ross, comments on Roddy Piper's performance, and Bill Goldberg and the WWE Hall of Fame

Chris Jericho wrote about Michael Cole and Jim Ross on his Twitter page last night. "The difference between Jim Ross and Michael Cole is the difference between Paul Newman and Paulie Shore," Jericho wrote.

Jericho also wrote the following regarding Roddy Piper's appearance on Monday's WWE Raw. "Roddy Piper is the Yoda of promos...nuff said."

Jericho also addressed the idea of Bill Goldberg being inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame. "Hope Goldberg gets inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame," Jericho wrote. "Why not, Valentine, Santana, and Ware are in." To read more from Jericho, visit Twitter.com/IAmJericho.

Powell's POV: I agree wholeheartedly on the Ross and Cole analogy and Roddy Piper, but I'm lost when it comes to the Hall of Fame line. Greg Valentine and Tito Santana are definitely deserving inductees in my book. I'm not sure if that was a joke that sailed over my head or if Jericho is lumping them into the same category as Koko B. Ware.
