WWE News: Chris Jericho gets physical in his live event return

Dot Net reader Richelle Oats sent the following recap of Chris Jericho's appearance at the WWE live event in Tyler, Texas.

Chris Jericho started with the same antics from Monday's Raw. He did not talk and just worked the crowd. As he took the mic, David Otunga came out and interrupted him. Otunga said that his jacket was too loud and could cause seizures. He told Jericho that John Laurinaitis ordered him to remove it. He took off the jacket and did the Walls of Jericho on Otunga. He worked the crowd more and then exited.

Powell's POV: I wouldn't read too much into Jericho attacking Otunga in terms of whether his character will be a babyface or a heel on television. What happens at the live events tends to stay at the live events. It gave the live crowd something to get excited about and it can't hurt to have some online fans jumping to the conclusion that this is a sign that his character isn't going to be a heel after all.
