WWE News: Another Extreme Rules pre-sale code, additional Rock advertising

The second pre-sale password for today's WWE Extreme Rules pay-per-view event in St. Louis, Mo. at Scottrade Center is WWESTC. The 12-hour pre-sale begins at 10 a.m. CT via Ticketmaster. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Saturday morning.
