Lilian Garcia is returning to WWE as the ring announcer for the WWE Smackdown television show. You can view her comments on her return at WWE.com.

Powell's POV: The interviewed was taped backstage at the WWE Raw show in Tampa, so she is in the building and thus could potentially show up on tonight's Raw. At the very least, it sounds like she will be returning at the Smackdown taping.
