WWE Heroes comic book to debut in 2010

Titan Publishing issued a press release to announce that it is launching WWE Comic "WWE Heroes" next year. "Each week more than 1.6 million teens watch WWE programming on television in the U.S.," Ned Hartley, editor of WWE Heroes, stated in the press release.

"This is an important demographic for the comic book industry and vital for a successful launch in the industry. We've got some truly amazing stories to tell - our first issue is going to blow you away! The 'in-your-face, no-holds-barred' attitude of the WWE works so well as a comic, we just can't wait for people to see the great surprises that we've got in store." Powell's POV: The first issue is scheduled for a March 23 release, which is a wise move given that it's just five days before the WrestleMania 26 pay-per-view. The WWE Comics website provides a glimpse at what the artwork for the comic book will look like.
