WWE Hall of Famer Tammy Sytch appeared in a New Haven, Connecticut court on Monday following her latest arrest for violating a protective order. The judge remanded her to be held in lieu of a $100,000 cash bond and the case was continued to February 7.

Sytch claimed that she was lured to the home of her ex-boyfriend. Her attorney noted that she does not own a car and thus the man picked her up in his car on the day of the incident, brought her to his home, and requested they move in together despite the protective order.

The police report states that she claimed at the time of her arrest that she had been given a key and had been living there for two weeks. Sytch claims she was assaulted and then self-medicated by drinking alcohol after she was allegedly assaulted. Sytch has filed a criminal complaint. Read the full story at NHRegister.com.

Powell's POV: Sytch's attorney, Rob Serafinowicz, made the point that Sytch's boyfriend, reportedly independent wrestler Damien Darling, shares some of the responsibility for the ongoing actions since he was allowing her to stay with him despite filing the protective order. Serafinowicz also asked the judge to allow Sytch to have psychiatric testing to assess the root of her mental health issues.
