Southern All-Star Wrestling will hold a show with proceeds going to the Make-A-Wish foundation on 1/29 at the Tennessee State Fairgrounds in Nashville. The main event is WWE Hall of Famer Jerry "The King" Lawler vs. "Superstar" Bill Dundee with former TNA writer "Dirty" Dutch Mantell as the special guest referee. Other matches scheduled for the card include:

Former WWE/WCW/ECW Superstar “Wild Eyed Southern Boy” Tracy Smothers will conduct a Special Tribute Ceremony

Tag Team Challenge Match:
Former WWE Superstar Brian Christopher & Kevin White vs. Derrick King Enterprises (Derrick King & “Teen Excitement” Drew Haskins)

SAW Southern Heavyweight Championship NO DQ Match:
Lonestar (C) vs. Hammerjack

Special Attraction Match
“Headliner” Chris Michaels vs. Former WWE/ECW/TNA Superstar Kid Kash

“Dangerous” Doug Gilbert vs. “PG-13’s” Wolfie D

Diamonds in the Rough (Former TNA Superstar David Young & Sigmon) vs. The Maddox Brothers

Also scheduled to appear, "Soulman" Rocky Johnson (father of the Rock)

Shore's Slant: Jerry Lawler vs. Bill Dundee is Nashville is going to be super-hot. Those guys tore up that territory in the 70s. The Tennessee State Fairgrounds is also "The Asylum" where TNA was filmed before moving to Universal Studios. I wonder if SAW will outdraw TNA.
