Tuesday's WWE "ECW on Syfy" television show scored a 0.8 rating with 1,061,000 viewers.

Powell's POV: That's a bad number even by ECW standards. I'm not sure how much difference it would make, but it's not like they are pushing the show aggressively on Raw or Smackdown these days.
