John Cena weighed in on the firing of Bryan Danielson on his Twitter page. Cena said he was willing to sign a petition to bring Danielson back and commented on the impact Danielson had in his short time with the company.

"I am very upset to hear about the release of bryan danielson. Social networks were formed so people would have a voice, and an opinon. I know you all have your own, theories and whatnot. I respect that. I have never asked any of you to feel a certain way about me. But Bryan left a lasting impression on the wwe universe in a very short time, and although it came at my expense, I agree with the majority of you who are caught off guard by this choice."

Twill's Two Cents: Since Danielson was let go, there have been theories pointing to it being legit and being a work. These comments suggest the firing was a work. When was the last time a WWE wrestler commented favorably about someone that was just fired? When was the last time someone campaigned publicly to bring back a wrestler that was just fired?
