Update on WWE Intercontinental Champion Rey Mysterio (spoiler)

John Morrison defeated Rey Mysterio to win the WWE Intercontinental Championship at tonight's Smackdown tapings in Cleveland, OH.

Twill's Two Cents: I figure it would be Dolph Ziggler, but that is perhaps Morrison's first challenger. Oddly enough, Morrison stepped in for Chris Benoit to defeat C.M. Punk for the ECW Title, so for the second time, Morrison was the audible called when he wasn't even challenging for that particular title at that time.
